FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Around 14 business days is our standard turnaround time for digital photos. Once we are halfway through November its about 4-7 days turnaround for Christmas cards. We do have rush fees available year round if you need any of the photos within 48 hours.
What if I don't see a package that fits my needs?
Don't see a package that works for you? We are happy to hear your photo ideas and give you a custom quote so you can get the photos you envision. Just fill out the contact us form and ask for custom quote and we will happily talk over what you need.
Do you have a list of vendors for the special items to add to our session?
Looking for the perfect cake, balloon arch, flowers, etc.. to add to your photos? We have a curated list of vendors we highly recommend! All local professionals who really bring beautiful and unique items that add that perfect flair for your session. This is especially great for cake smash sessions and other milestone events.
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Fill out contact form on the website and our studio manager will be in contact within 24 hours to help you pick the best package for your needs. Don't see a package that suits you? We also create custom session packages and will happily give a quote.
2. Sign Contract
After picking the best package for you, we will send over the contract and digital invoice for a 50% deposit to hold your session and date. You will be sent styling guides after this is received or if you picked personal styling we will start the process on picking those perfect outfits.
3. Session Day
Session Day! You will receive at least two reminders before your session day that will include any important details like location, address, and tips for having a great session. We will be available for any questions leading up to this day too. Session days are always fun and where the magic happens.
4. Photos & Prints
After your session, it will be about 14 business days for you to receive your digital images on your private online gallery. Once we are closer to Christmas there will be editing times closer to 7 days. Rush fees are available if needed. We also love prints and will happily go over print packages with you!
